Whats great about the internet- you can find anything in the world you want to. You can learn about everything (and I mean EVERYTHING). You can track someone down and take a picture of their house with a satellite or you can buy some crap you really don't need on ebay.
What I don't like about the internet- it allows people to propogate ignorant views of the world, it allows them to generalize and categorize every single thing to the most infantile point AD NAUSEAM, it creates a society that is somehow more needy/impatient/materialistic/destructiv e, etc.
I do kind of like these kinds of websites though. Its my little contribution to the worst part of the internet, allowing anyone and everyone to have their own damn soapbox.
I don't know for what the heck you want an account at an artists community if you don't use it , you don't post anything and you don't let anyone else to pick the username you abandoned. Don't you know usernames here at DeviantArt are just for once?...Maybe there's people who want his username and you're not letting them have an account just because of you , I think that's unfair...
This is what pisses me off more than anything else about drawring-
I can't draw bulidings. I just can't do it! Oh well. Meanwhile, I've had no time since I've been in school, so this spring break is devoted to going to Galveston and drawing my ass off.
